Hands down DANCING
When I was younger, I spent at least 4 nights a week in the club. Whether it was a small local club or the big, weekend parties, I would be on the dancefloor 4-5, sometimes 8+ hours on end. As long as the music is pumping, I would be jumping. Nothing beats a good dance, it’s great for the body, but also it’s an uplifter of the mood, and nowadays I do it even at home. If I haven’t been out for a while and good track drops on my spotify, I find myself bursting into a dance in my room. Alone. Like a nutter.
